                                         Financial Policy

•  Insurance is accepted if your policy covers acupuncture and your deductable has been met for out of network providers. If your deductable has not been met then any out of pocket payments for treatments will be applied towards your remaining balance.

•  Auto Accident FL PIP Insurance Accepted

• Payment is due at the end of each treatment

• Methods of Payment: cash, check, visa, mastercard, discover
  

• Cancellations less than 24 hrs will be subject to a $25 fee

• Returned checks will be a $35 fee
